FAQ
You Ask. I Gladly Answer.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED & WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
If you have booked a SUP coached session then you will need to bring is a dry set of clothes and shoes and wear clothes you don't mind getting wet - clothes that you would go for a run in are ideal. On your feet water shoes or old trainers are great for SUP.
If you are joining a SUP safer course you will need to bring your paddle, paddle board and PFD.
